Service Packages
IDP lab offers three different service packages including three different purposes
Consulting:
Consulting contracts primarily serve the purpose of solving customer problems based on experiences gained from past projects. The prices for consulting services in service contracts are based on average daily consulting rates for the industry according to BDU studies. Alternatively, "pay-for-performance" or "pay-for-value" pricing models can also be agreed upon.
Action Research:
Action Research-Veträge haben den Zweck, innovative Ansätze und Maßnahmen in der Praxis zu erproben. Hier fehlen also Erfahrungswerte aus vorangegangenen Projekten. Die Preise belaufen sich deshalb auf einen „Handwerkerlohn“ zzgl. Reisekosten und Spesen.
Research:
Research collaborations pursue the primary goal of gaining insights into the symptoms and causes of problems and/or the effectiveness of innovative approaches and measures. Only expense allowances, travel costs and other expenses are charged for these services.
Success Criteria
The criteria for success for all three services lie in the prevention or avoidance of "waste". This is reflected in one or more of the following outcomes:
- Improving compliance with commitments
- Acceleration of throughput times to achieve results
- Reducing the effort required to achieve results
- Minimising errors in the delivery of results
- Focusing activities on the actual purpose of the organisation
The specific rates will be fixed in an offer after a preliminary talk. Hereby the particular character of the organisation will be zaken into account (e.g. profit or non-profit orientation)
