Service Packages
IDP lab offers three different service packages including three different purposes
Consulting:
Consulting contracts primarily serve the purpose of solving customer problems based on experiences gained from past projects. The prices for consulting services in service contracts are based on average daily consulting rates for the industry according to BDU studies. Alternatively, "pay-for-performance" or "pay-for-value" pricing models can also be agreed upon.
Action Research:
Action research contracts are intended to test innovative approaches and measures in practice. This means there is no prior experience from previous projects to draw upon. Consequently, the fees are based on a “crafztsman’s wage” plus travel and per diem expenses.
Research:
Research collaborations pursue the primary goal of gaining insights into the symptoms and causes of problems and/or the effectiveness of innovative approaches and measures. Only expense allowances, travel costs and other expenses are charged for these services.
Value Proposition
In all three service packages, we focus on value-adding outcomes for the organisation. By ‘value-adding outcomes’, we mean, for example:
- Focusing activities on the core business purpose
- Improving the reliability of commitments
- Speeding up lead times for value creation
- Reducing the effort involved in value creation
- Reducing the error rate in value creation processes
The specific rates will be fixed in an offer after a preliminary talk. Hereby the particular character of the organisation will be zaken into account (e.g. profit or non-profit orientation)
